Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and contract within 21 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 21 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Dutch Toys Group B.V., Edisonstraat 83, 7006RB, Doetinchem, The Netherlands, +31 314 - 796 020, firstname.lastname@example.org ) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or a telephone call). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
What are our return conditions?
If reasonably possible, products must be returned in their original packaging or in any case in a sturdy, carton shipping-box. Therefore, we advise you to open the original packaging carefully, so you can reuse it in case you need to return the product. The following return conditions apply to orders from the EXIT Toys website:
- The return shipment must occur within 14 days after informing us of the cancellation.
- Products in an offer for a set, in which a free product is included or a discount is given if you purchase one or more products, can be returned only together with the combined products. If you return a product from an offer for a set without sending the other products included, then EXIT Toys reserves the right to invoice you for the non-returned products or to add the amount to a final settlement.
How do you send a return shipment?
For returning products, you would appreciate if you contact our customer service to notify them of the return. We will make an appointment for having DPD or Dachser pick up the return product(s) on the selected business day. This service is free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot pinpoint the time. On the agreed business day, the transport service will pick up the return package(s). Please make sure that the shipment is well packed and ready for the chauffeur.
Received the wrong product?
Did you get a different product than what you ordered? Please contact us via chat, call on +31 314 - 796 020 or use the contact form. We will make sure that the correct product is sent to you as soon as possible.
Received a damaged or faulty product
It is always possible that a product that you ordered got damaged during transport or that you received a faulty product. If that is the case, please contact us via chat, call on +31 314 - 796 020 or use the contact form. We will make sure that a new product is sent to you as soon as possible.
