Delivery
We only deliver our products within Ireland and work with two carriers: DPD and a specialist pallet carrier. Each product on our website clearly shows which carrier will deliver it to you.

Delivery by DPD
Many outdoor toys, such as football goals, trampolines and go-karts, are delivered to your home by DPD within two to three working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the track & trace link. From that moment, you can track your order. You can also change the delivery time or delivery address yourself.
If DPD cannot deliver your order, the driver will first try to leave the parcel with your neighbours. If that is not possible, you can collect the parcel from the nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop from the next working day. The driver will leave a card with the address.
Delivery of large products
Some products, such as playhouses and large play equipment, are too big and too heavy for a regular parcel service. For these deliveries, a specialist pallet carrier will contact you. Together, you choose a delivery moment that works well for you.
At the agreed time, the carrier will unload your order. Make sure you are at home. The driver will decide on the spot how far they can bring the parcel towards your preferred location.

Delivery costs and conditions can vary. Check the delivery information on the Irish EXIT Toys website before you order.
Good to know: all our products are delivered unassembled. With the help of the supplied manual, you can easily assemble the product yourself.
