Ordering from EXIT Toys

You can easily and quickly order online from EXIT Toys 24/7.

Ordering from EXIT Toys works as follows:

Step 1: Choose your product

Go to the required item and place it the shopping basket by clicking the button ‘Add to basket'. A window appears showing you that the item was placed in the shopping basket. You can then decide to continue shopping or to go to the shopping basket by clicking the relevant button.

Step 2: Overview of your shopping basket

In the shopping basket, you will see all the products that you placed in it. Here you can change the quantity as well as delete products. Want to go to checkout? Then click on 'Next'.

Step 3: Personal details

If you are a new customer, then in this step you are requested to open an account. Fill in all the data necessary for your order. If you are an existing customer of EXIT Toys, then login directly using your e-mail address and password. Click on 'Login' to go to the overview of your order.

Step 4: Desired delivery and payment method

Here you indicate where you want the package to be delivered. This can be to the invoicing address or you can provide another address. If possible, you can also opt to have the package delivered to a DPD pick-up point.

DPD pick-up point

If you opt for DPD pick-up point then—after ticking this option—fill in your postal code and house number in the corresponding fields. Subsequently, click on ‘Refresh’ and choose the required DPD pick-up where you want the package to be delivered.

Payment method

Once you have selected the desired delivery method, go to the payment method. You can choose from the following options:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer / money transfer (+2 business days)

Step 5: Check your order

In order to check your order, here you will find once again an overview of your order. If you want to make changes in your order details, then click on ‘Previous'. If the details are correct, then click on ‘Place order’. With this step, you confirm your order and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Step 6: Paying your order

Subsequently, a payment screen with your selected payment method will appear. After paying, you receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail. We then process and send your order.

Creating an account

If this is the first time you are ordering from us, you can choose to have your address details stored by selecting the option ‘I am new’. By creating a password, the next time you can easily login and order by using your e-mail address and password. An EXIT Toys account provides you with an overview of your orders, but also ensures that with any new orders your personal details, such as your address, are saved.

Forgot your password?

  • Have you forgotten your password? No problem! You simply create a new password:
  • Go to the 'Forgot your password?' page.
  • Fill in the e-mail address with which you are registered at EXIT Toys.
  • Click on 'Send' and you will receive an e-mail message that will help you can create a new password.
  • Take into account that the password system is case sensitive.

Ordering with a discount code

If you want to use a valid offer or discount code, then you can fill in the code during the ordering process. You do this in the shopping basket overview under the heading 'Do you have an offer code or voucher?' After filling in the code, the discount is immediately deducted. If the discount code is not valid, this is indicated by a message on the screen. Fill in the code carefully, because it is case and space sensitive. You may use only one discount code per order.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order after you have paid. If we have already shipped the order, you may reject it at the door. Your order is then returned to us and your payment is refunded within 14 days. This also applies to an order that was paid for, but was not yet shipped.
