Adventures together in the Yuki
Children enter this playhouse on legs via a set of steps. The canvas on this side closes automatically because of the convenient magnetic closure. Do the kids prefer looking outside or do you want to keep an eye on what is happening inside the playhouse? Just like a real tent, the tent doors can be rolled up and tied to the wooden frame with strings. From the small balcony by the entrance, kids have a great view of their garden kingdom. FSC-certified wood
The wooden outdoor playhouse is made of high-quality FSC® certified cypress wood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-007799). This type of wood is naturally resistant to weather, such as rain, sun and snow. Wood rot doesn't stand a chance! This means a longer lifespan and therefore longer playing fun. It also requires very little maintenance, which is ideal! Because we consciously choose wood from forests that are FSC-certified, you can be sure that this garden play equipment is good for the environment.
Sustainable playhouse: repairable and recyclable
The Yuki playhouse with slide and mud kitchen has been developed according to our EXIT sustainable philosophy. The playhouse is therefore 100% repairable. This means that any part can be replaced. These parts can be ordered for at least five years after purchase. In addition, this playhouse is almost entirely recyclable. This is because only mono materials have been used. These are materials consisting of one type of raw material. They are easier to recycle because no separation of raw materials is required. The green canvas is UV-resistant, which means the Yuki can stand in the sun without any trouble.

Which materials are used to make your playhouses?
The EXIT wooden playhouses are made from FSC® certified cypress wood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-000652-WH). This type of wood does not splinter and by nature it is resistant to weather influences, such as rain, and therefore resistant to wood rot. You do not need to treat the EXIT wooden playhouses before use.
The EXIT Aksent wooden playhouse series is made from FSC certified pinewood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-000652-WH). This high-quality wood comes from Scandinavia. Pinewood is impregnated under high pressure. This ensures the longest possible lifespan and the wood requires no further treatment.
How do I maintain my playhouse?
To maintain the beauty of the wood for years to come, we advise you to stain the wood every second year. If mildew appears on the wood, it is best to rub it off with a dry cloth or perhaps green soap.
Can you also attach the slide to another spot?
In most of our wooden playhouses, the slide can be attached to spots other than the ones indicated in the manual or on our website.
In the Fantasia 300, Loft (300, 350, 500, 550, 700, 750) and Crooky (300, 350, 500, 550, 700, 750) the stairs and the slide can be attached on either the left-hand or the right-hand side.
In houses with an extension or a veranda, the slide can also be mounted at the front side of the playhouse. This applies to the Loft (350, 550, 750) and Crooky (350, 550, 750) playhouses. The fence at the front side of the extension or veranda is moved over, creating room for attaching the slide at the opening in the front side.
My playhouse has a strange smell when opened. Why is this?
Cypress wood is known for its distinctive fragrance. Over time, the intensity of the smell will decrease once it is exposed to the outside air.
Where is the best place to put my playhouse?
Place the playhouse on a flat, dry surface at least two meters away from objects such as trees, fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, clotheslines, or power lines.
Do I need to secure/anchor the playhouse?
No, this is not necessary, but it is possible. An anchor set is available separately on our website. With the EXIT anchoring set for play equipment and play houses, you ensure that the playhouse always remains firmly on the ground.
Can I leave my playhouse outside in winter?
Yes, you can. Just don't leave it on a moist surface such as grass during the winter.
Help, my playhouse is changing colour. What should I do?
Cypress wood will age over time, this is a natural process due to exposure to sunlight and rain. So keep in mind that the appearance of the product will change slightly. If you don't like this, you can paint the playhouse in a different colour, as required.

What ages is the Yuki playhouse suitable for?
The Yuki playhouse is designed for children as young as 2 years old, with an age recommendation up to 6 years, depending on the child's height. Inside the playhouse, there is space for up to two children to play at the same time.
Can I move or dismantle the Yuki playhouse?
Yes, the Yuki playhouse can be easily moved by two people. We recommend lifting the sidewalls to move it. The playhouse can also be disassembled and reassembled. It's best to use the manual for this. Be careful to avoid any damage.
Do I need to secure/anchor the Yuki playhouse?
No, this is not necessary, but it is possible. An anchor set is available separately on our website. With the EXIT anchoring set for play equipment and play houses, you ensure that the playhouse always remains firmly on the ground.
What is the best way to clean the fabric parts of my Yuki playhouse?
Washing instructions can be found on the labels of the fabric parts. We recommend wiping the fabric with a soft cloth and a lather of mild soap. If necessary, you can disassemble the fabric parts of the unit and hand wash them for a more thorough clean.
Is the Yuki playhouse waterproof?
No, the Yuki house is not completely waterproof. The roof does provide a sheltered play area.
Does the Yuki 100 wooden playhouse have a floor?
No, the Yuki 100 playhouse does not have a floor, and one is not available separately on the website.
Can I attach the Yuki 300 playhouse slide to the other side as well?
Yes, that's possible. Keep in mind that this will also require moving the fabric and slide bar. This makes the adjustment more complicated, so we do not recommend it.
