Are return costs charged?

The return costs are €9.95 for parcel shipments and €19.95 for pallet shipments. This depends on the size and weight of the return shipment. As EXIT Toys, we're happy to do our part when it comes to a better living environment. One of our sustainability goals is that every EXIT product makes as few transport movements as possible. By charging costs for return shipments, we hope to reduce the number of returns. This way we together make a positive contribution to the environment.
