My Ivy tumble bar is unstable, how do I fix this?

You naturally want to resolve an unstable tumble bar as quickly as possible. Fortunately, most causes are easy to fix. Follow the steps below:

1. Check the ground anchors - The ground anchors are your first point of attention. Check whether they are firmly in the ground and still properly attached to the play equipment. Are they loose or damaged? Then take steps to fasten the anchor firmly again or replace it if needed.
2. Check all screws, bolts and nuts - After use, connections can become a bit looser. Go over all screws with the included key and tighten them firmly. Also do this regularly as maintenance - especially at the start of each play season.
3. Check the tumble bar for damage - Check whether the steel frame, the stainless steel tumble bars and the plastic protective parts are still in good condition. Do not use the EXIT Ivy if there are cracks, bending or wear, and replace the damaged parts first.
