What is the warranty on a Silvi swing?

Different warranty periods apply to parts of the Silvi swings.

The cypress wood beams have a 2-year warranty.

The other parts have a 12-month warranty.

Are parts of the Silvi swings available separately?

The Silvi swings are 100% repairable. This means parts can be reordered in our webshop for at least five years after purchase.

How do I clean the EXIT Silvi swing and seats?

We recommend wiping the fabric and plastic seats with a soft cloth and a mild solution of green soap. If needed, you can detach the fabric parts and hand wash them for a more thorough clean.
