Only the EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you in the low baby setting is suitable for indoor use. That means your child can enjoy swinging indoors from 12 months onwards, even on rainy days.

As soon as you convert the swing to the higher junior setting, it is intended for outdoor use and should be anchored in the garden. The EXIT Silvi wooden swing set and the EXIT Silvi wooden swing wall mount are only suitable for outdoor use.

An EXIT Silvi swing has a maximum user weight of 50 kg per swing seat. For the EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you, the baby seat is also suitable for up to 12 kg per seat. Once you convert the grow-with-you swing to the junior setting, the maximum user weight there is also 50 kg.

EXIT Silvi swings are suitable for different ages, depending on the model. The EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you is suitable for children aged 12 to 36 months in the baby setting. After that, you can easily convert it to the junior setting, so your child can enjoy it for years to come. The EXIT Silvi wooden swing set and the EXIT Silvi wooden swing wall mount are suitable for children aged 3 years and over.

The EXIT Silvi swings are made of FSC®-certified cypress wood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-000652-WH). This type of wood does not splinter and is naturally resistant to weather conditions such as rain, making it resistant to wood rot. You do not need to treat the wood of the Silvi swings before use.

The grow-with-you swing is suitable for young children from 12 months to 3 years old (max. weight 12 kg). When the swing is extended, it can be used by children aged 3 years and over up to a maximum weight of 50 kg per seat.

The assembly time of an EXIT Silvi swing depends on the model. For the EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you, the average assembly time with 2 people is 60 to 120 minutes. For the EXIT Silvi wooden swing set and the EXIT Silvi wooden swing wall mount, the average assembly time is 120 minutes with 2 people. We recommend reading the manual carefully in advance and clearing enough space for the assembly.

The Silvi wall-mounted swing can be fixed to different outdoor walls. For example, this could be a sturdy fence or the wall of a house, garden shed or garage. A mounting plate and bolts for fixing into a brick wall are included.

For fixing to a wooden wall, you must supply the fixing materials yourself. Use at least M8 coach screws for this. You can find additional information about requirements and dimensions in the manual.

Silvi swings are supplied as standard with plastic swing seats. The grow-with-you swing also comes with a baby seat suitable for children from 12 months old.

Your own accessories can be attached to the supplied carabiners. Please consult the installation instructions in the manual for swings with different dimensions to check whether they can be used safely.

The EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you is designed for a maximum total load of 50 kg, while the EXIT Silvi wooden swing set has a maximum total load of 100 kg.

How much space you need depends on the Silvi model. The dimensions of the swings themselves are:

·       EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you: 172 x 192 x 198 cm

·       EXIT Silvi wooden swing set: 247 x 192 x 198 cm

·       EXIT Silvi wooden swing wall mount: 146 x 192 x 198 cm

Also allow enough clear space around the swing. For comparable EXIT swings and play equipment, such as the Ivy and Linea models, we recommend leaving about 2 metres of clearance all around from walls, fences, screens and other objects. That way, children have enough room to swing safely.

If you include that extra space, you get approximately:

·       Grow-with-you swing: 572 x 592 cm

·       Swing set: 647 x 592 cm

·       Wall mount: 546 x 592 cm

This gives you a better idea of whether an EXIT Silvi swing will fit well in your garden or outdoor space.

Yes, on all EXIT Silvi swings, the height of the swing seat is adjustable via the ropes. This makes it easy to hang the swing at the right height for your child. On the EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you, the frame is also adjustable. This swing has two settings: a low setting of 131 cm and a high setting of 198 cm. The EXIT Silvi wooden swing set and the EXIT Silvi wooden swing wall mount have a fixed frame, but adjustable ropes.

The EXIT Silvi swings are supplied with ground anchors included. All models come with 4 ground anchors, so you can anchor the swing securely. Rapid-set concrete or cement is not included and must be purchased separately. The ground anchors must be fixed with rapid-set concrete or cement for a stable and safe installation.

The Silvi swings are supplied with galvanised anchors that must be set in (rapid-set) concrete. This provides stable fixing so the swing can be used safely.

The EXIT Silvi wooden swing that grows with you can be used safely indoors without anchoring when set up for young children aged 12 to 36 months.

Different warranty periods apply to different parts of the Silvi swings.

The cypress wood beams come with a 2-year warranty.
The other parts come with a 12-month warranty.

The Silvi swings are 100% repairable. This means that parts can be reordered from our webshop for at least five years after purchase.

We recommend wiping the fabric and the plastic seats with a soft cloth and soapy water made with soft soap. If needed, you can remove the fabric parts and hand-wash them for a more thorough clean.
