Logging in and my data

How is the privacy of my data protected?

EXIT Toys shall not sell or forward your personal data to third parties and it will supply this data only to third parties that are involved in the execution of your order. Our employees and the third parties that we engage are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. Therefore, your personal data is safe with EXIT Toys. We appreciate your trust in us and therefore we will treat your data with utmost care. Your data will always be protected and handled with confidentiality.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

In My Account, below the two login fields, you will find a link that states ‘Forgot your password?’ If you click on the link, you can type the e-mail address that you used for registering at EXIT Toys. If you then click ‘Request’, you will get an immediate e-mail with a secret key so that you will be able to safely create a new password.

How can I alter my account data?

You can alter your data by logging in (at the top of the right-hand column on the page) and then clicking ‘Altering my data’. You will then see a screen in which you can revise the data that you wish to alter. By clicking on ‘Save my data’ at the bottom of the page, the changes will be implemented in our system.
